It's Friday and Halloween is almost here! My household is super excited. We have a weekend full of Halloween fun and can't wait for it to start! I also can't wait to steal all the kids kit kats on Monday.

Here are my FRIDAY FINDS of this week. You can shop them by clicking on the link below

I think I keep amazon in business, a babysitter is always needed and Joanna Gaines would be the cherry on top.
This mat is fitting for our front door!

I had been searching for a longer fall coat for years. One that was semi waterproof, had a hood, didn't look like a raincoat and was actually comfortable and this checks all those boxes. It's my favorite color right now and is a great classic piece you'll own for years.

When one of your besties shows you this vest and you can't stop thinking about it and have to race to the store to get it because it's on sale and you know you'll wear it to death. Comes in black, cream and this camel color.

Stella & Dot Bisous bracelet

This is the last weekend to purchase an item from Stella & Dot's Breast Cancer Awareness boutique and this little bracelet is the perfect gift to brighten someone's day and all proceeds benefit Breast Cancer research.

Shoes that the boys might actually wear for the holidays. These TOMS are super lightweight in person and come in a cute chambray color as well.

If you're headed to a Halloween party and need to take something this dip is simple and delicious! Just add Stacy's Cinnamon Chips

Enjoy the weekend!

I had the honor of working with another client of mine who I adore. She has fun style and isn't afraid of color which I can't really say for myself, so I enjoy working with people who like to go bold.

It all started with a garage that was transformed into a mudroom, small office and full bath. Three things that obviously have more use then the tiny garages that exist in New England. She chose a hardwood tile that works great for an entry. Very easy to clean and maintain but the warmth of hardwood floors. Serena & Lily wallpaper was added as an accent wall. I have used this in many colorways for clients and it's hands down one of my favorite wallpapers. It completely transformed the space. A console was painted white and added as the entry table for storage. A round wooden mirror, pearl inset lamp and decorative accessories were added to complete the entrance wall. We had the navy linen window treatments with white trim made by JaimeInteriors at etsy. She was great to work with and they look great in the space. A family gallery wall was created to personalize the space and greenery to finish it off. What was once a drab dark garage is now a fun entrance for this family to enjoy when they come home!

Happy Friday! Heading into what is hopefully a beautiful fall weekend. We've been having dreary rainy weekends which have been messing with our fall plans this year.  But here are a couple of my favorite fall porches / Halloween decor to follow on instagram right now that don't look so gloomy!

How cute are the little Halloween varsity flags on @randigarrettdesign (her feed has great decor inspiration btw)

Our house is looking a little batty as well. I'll be sharing some pics from our spooky decor next week but Courtney's buffalo check vase makes these bats look less scarier over @athoughtfulplace

Go big or go home is my thought on outdoor planters and Elizabeth @prettypink2lips creates these awesome fern fall planters. I wish ferns could survive the fall weather up here because they look great in planters.

My very own brothers pumpkin stack @cregs210 is looking ready for some trick or treaters. (You should see his house at Halloween, it's one of our favorite holidays to decorate for)

Love a monochromatic scheme like this all white setting Annie created over @zevyjoy
White pumpkins were made for decorators!

And of course Danielle @ddsilverpennies ferns and a pup which makes porch cute factors go up 100%

Wish my pup would pose as well as Lucy's @mscraftberrybush pup who fits in perfectly on her gorgeous decorated porch.

Happy Weekend Everyone!

Friday Finds

Friday Fashion Finds this week come from Ann Taylor LOFT. and you're in luck because everything is 40% off right now too with code FALLFEST.

I have not been in this store for awhile and decided to pop in and found some cute, comfortable items.Their lou & grey line is the most comfortable loungewear clothing I've ever tried.

First is this lou & grey light pink cowl neck top  that is so soft I don't think I'd ever take it off. Wear with your yoga gear or a comfy pair of boyfriend jeans.

And this dress is just as soft as that top. So soft you'd want to sleep in it. It's a great option for the weather right now paired with a denim jacket and white sneakers.

It also comes in black. I've been looking for a basic black one to wear in the fall and this has a nice flowy fit but not too tented maternity feeling like some of them I have tried on. I think because it's a heavier material it lays nicely.

I love the fit of this lou & grey hi-lo sweater but wasn't sure of the color for this time of the year and then saw they carried it in other color options online. It's a great casual sweater.

The color of this green dress caught my eye and then I realized it had a cute bell sleeve when I tried it on. It has a great fit too! This could be dressed up or down.

I would have easily overlooked this top online but it was probably my favorite that I tried on and it looked goof with these pants which I liked better on the display because the fabric looks really nice but they didn't fit me right. They come in cropped and regular lengths.

They were in the process of putting out the new arrivals but here are a couple other things that caught my eye. These sweater side tie ponchos and these sateen leggings felt like silk!

I often get asked what some of my favorite places are to shop for inexpensive home items. Besides HomeGoods my other go to is World Market. I was so psyched when one opened up here so I could actually see everything in person. They carry everything from wine and kitchen items to furniture and lighting and their price point is good. Here are a couple of things I'm loving right now:

1. I'm loving this chair and thinking it would look great in my office. It would also looked great with 2 of them paired next to each other.

2. One of my favorite things at World Market is their lighting. This honeycomb light would look great in a playroom or bathroom.

3. I love this dresser for a kids room, nursery or an entry chest. It would also make a great piece in a dining room with a dry bar set up on it.

4. Their kitchen items are super cute, like these adorable little pumpkin bakers. Would make a great table setting for thanksgiving. They have a great selection of kitchen towels too. I switch mine out seasonally and like to add color to my kitchen with them.

5. Looking for a great hostess gift? This little olive tree in a terracotta pot would make a great gift or addition to your kitchen.

6. This brass mirror is a great price point at less then $100. Add above a console table or use as a bathroom mirror.

7. Obsessed with these bottle stoppers. Tie to a bottle of wine for a great gift idea.

8. They also have a great selection of rugs! This blue one is such a great color and it looks so soft and cozy.

9. Marble candle.....of course! These come in three different sets or you can buy as a set of 3.
