FRIDAY FINDS CLOSET + HOME STAPLES EDITION
This weeks Friday Finds are a mix of classic staple items for your closet, make up bag and home. Pieces that can carry you from now into the warmer spring season. I personally love the Ilia sunscreen powder for this time of year as I'm not in the sun as much but want to keep my skin protected for days the sun is actually out. Quick and easy to throw on over your makeup! That white vase from the new Studio McGee for Target line is so pretty in person. I recently picked it up at Target and can't wait to fill it with flowers. It's only $25 but looks way more expensive! I spotted this sweater at Evereve the other day and it's such a great closet staple that could be worn for cooler nights in the Spring/Summer! The prettiest off the shoulder top paired with these new Mother jeans would be the perfect date night outfit.

FRIDAY FEATURED HOME TOUR
As a Stella & Dot stylist I've seen the interior of Jessica Herrin's gorgeous home grace her social media pages and have always day dreamed about having a personal tour and spending the day there. This dining room is just to die for, I mean that chandelier! I love the modern pop of color in the art in the space. It adds a youthful touch to the space.
The Stark fabric and textures in this room make me just want to touch everything. I probably would and then hope that there wasn't a home security camera watching me.
Jessica's office may be one of my favorite rooms. It's so simple yet so elegant.
Her husband Chad's game room is just hands down awesome. I don't blame her for kicking him out and hosting her own girls game nights. I'd do the same! My girlfriends and I would probably never leave and we'd lock the door.
It's been a lifelong goal of mine to have doors like this in my own home. Just ask my husband. Every addition discussion begins with...and we'll put the french doors here.
I've had a bedroom pinned with this suzani fabric FOREVER and I'm still so in love with it to this day and how gorgeous is that cared fireplace surround?
I really like this shape of this island. It just invites you to come and hang out for awhile.
I wish they would have shared her full dressing room because you would just want to live in there but you can get an idea of how amazing it is from this picture. I'll have to hunt down a good picture to share with all of you because now that I said how awesome it is, I'm sure you want to see it.
The downstairs has so many bold colors and I love how serene this bedroom is with this gorgeous silver leaf bed.
Maybe I'd put more effort into getting ready if this is what I could get ready in front of. #bathroomgoals
Jessica's always sharing cute pictures of her girls having breakfast in bed and I'm always admiring their headboards. I'm also admiring the fact that I love that they do breakfast in bed too. Does finding marshmallow fluff under your sons bed count as them attempting breakfast in bed?
Last but definitely not least is the pool house. I'll be dreaming of hanging out here all weekend. Let me know when it's Monday.

FRIDAY FINDS
This week flew by and we're headed into a busy weekend. Starting with first penance and a birthday celebration weekend for my youngest. I can't believe he's going to be 8 years old....waaahh! I still keep thinking I have time to think about a 3rd because in my head he's 5 but in reality he acts like he's 16. As crazy as he drives me I'd kill to go back to this day.
This weeks finds are things are a mix of some of my favorite things I've tried or received this week.
Starting with this Ole Henrickson Power Peel System. I have some serious sunspots! Irish skin and years of baby oil at the beach...enough said. I'm hopeful for this peel system. It says 6 uses but you could easily get 2 out of each. I only used half and had plenty. My skin felt amazing afterwards and the microdermabrasion was seriously the best I've ever used. My closet consists of mostly black, cream, gray and blush so when I saw this adorable sweater on Cara Loren I knew I needed it. I'm sort of obsessed with longer cardigan coats the past couple winters. I like this one because the notched collar gives it a more polished look. But yet it's comfortable and has pockets too! I ordered a small and would say it runs true to size. It's called the Chloe Cardigan.
If you've followed any design trends you know that blush/pink is having a big moment right now. As a boy mom I feel weird having anything pink outside my closet and nail polish colors but I couldn't resist these blush vases when I saw them at Target. I just love Targets home collection items. They don't break the bank and you can update spaces with trendier pieces you wouldn't necessarily want to spend a lot of money on.
Let's be honest, adulting and parenting is hard and not always the most rewarding job. But now you can reward yourself with these seriously amazing reward stickers. They're all so great it's hard to choose a favorite but there are days I'd really love a reward for "almost made it to the gym"
The J. Crew catalog came this week, so there goes the paycheck. A whole slew of new Spring arrivals I'm dying to add to my closet. Especially these flats, this trench, this off the shoulder top (love both colors) and this bag!!!

Friday Finds: Monogrammed Favs
I'm convinced everything is better with a monogram (may have gotten this from my mom). I used to monogram EVERYTHING! From my sons polo shirts, to his bibs, gifts, towels and bags. If it had a spot for it there was usually a monogram.

FRIDAY FINDS
Is it me or are these fall weeks just flying by? I had a mild panic attack when I walked into a store and it was playing Christmas music. But before we get to Christmas here is a fun tank that is especially fitting for this time of year.

It's Friday and Halloween is almost here! My household is super excited. We have a weekend full of Halloween fun and can't wait for it to start! I also can't wait to steal all the kids kit kats on Monday.

I had been searching for a longer fall coat for years. One that was semi waterproof, had a hood, didn't look like a raincoat and was actually comfortable and this checks all those boxes. It's my favorite color right now and is a great classic piece you'll own for years.
When one of your besties shows you this vest and you can't stop thinking about it and have to race to the store to get it because it's on sale and you know you'll wear it to death. Comes in black, cream and this camel color.
Stella & Dot Bisous bracelet

FRIDAY FINDS: FALL DECOR
Happy Friday! Heading into what is hopefully a beautiful fall weekend. We've been having dreary rainy weekends which have been messing with our fall plans this year. But here are a couple of my favorite fall porches / Halloween decor to follow on instagram right now that don't look so gloomy!

Go big or go home is my thought on outdoor planters and Elizabeth @prettypink2lips creates these awesome fern fall planters. I wish ferns could survive the fall weather up here because they look great in planters.
My very own brothers pumpkin stack @cregs210 is looking ready for some trick or treaters. (You should see his house at Halloween, it's one of our favorite holidays to decorate for)
